Lake House Porch Construction

This project involved the construction of approximately 200 square feet of custom decking and railing at a lake house in Himrod, NY. The finished design features a 12' x 12' deck and an 8' x 4' deck with a modified staircase, complemented by a two-step patio with grab bar railing for added accessibility and safety. Built with Trex Transcend decking in Rainier, Key-Link Chesapeake Drink Rail railing, textured black post wraps, and a custom-painted black gutter, the project combines modern style with long-lasting durability. Crafted with attention to detail and quality workmanship, the completed outdoor space enhances the property’s lakeside setting while providing a comfortable, functional area to relax and enjoy the views.
